All submitted and generated data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We don’t share your project data publicly without your permission.

All content on Radix, including the platform, code, branding, and any analytics generated, is the property of Radix AI or its licensors.
You retain ownership of your data and input, but by using our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for delivering and improving our Services.
5. Disclaimers
Radix AI is in active development and is provided “as-is.”
We don’t guarantee specific performance, ranking improvements, or LLM behavior accuracy.
You are responsible for any actions taken based on insights from our platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Radix AI will not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from the use or inability to use our Services.
Our total liability will not exceed the fees (if any) you’ve paid to us in the past 3 months.
